HAMILTON COMMUNITY POOL OPENING - SATURDAY, MAY 25

The Hamilton Pool 2024 Summer Swim Season will begin on  Saturday, May 25 and end on Monday, September 2. Summer season pass, 15-visit punch pass, or daily drop-in admission must be purchased to enter the facility for lap swim, recreation swim, and activity pool during the designated times.

INFLATABLE FUN FRIDAYS

Every Friday, beginning on Friday, June 21, join us and experience the thrill of our Inflatable Water Obstacle Course at Hamilton Community Pool! Challenge yourself and your friends to conquer the obstacles and have a blast in the water.

🗓️ When: Every Friday, beginning on June 21

⏰ Pool Hours: 1:15-6:00pm

💦 Inflatable Water Obstacle Course Hours: 1:15-5:00pm

Participation is free with a daily admission pass or a valid 2024 swim season pass. To ensure safety, participants must pass our swim test before attempting the Inflatable Course.

NOW HIRING FOR SUMMER 2024!

While the pool may be closed, we are currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and professional individuals to join our summer staff as Lifeguards and Swim Instructors for the 2024 Swim Season! Visit novato.org/jobs to apply today! No prior experience or certifications required. Novato Parks, Recreation & Community Services will provide all training and certification necessary for employment.

Participants must be at least 15 years of age by the last day of class, complete a 300-yard swim test, 2-minute tread, and a timed event brick swim to participate in lifeguard training.

POOL PICNIC AREA RENTALS(NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!)

1. Picnic Area 1 - 2 picnic tables under shade structures, 25 max attendees
2. Picnic Area 2 - 2 picnic tables under shade structures, 25 max attendees
   • Picnic Areas 1 & 2 may be booked together for 4 total tables/50 max attendees
3. Picnic Area 3 - 3 picnic tables under trees, 30 max attendees

Picnic Area rentals do not include exclusive use of any additional facility features including nearby grass areas, lounge chairs, or pool space.

Picnic Rentals do not include admission costs. Everyone entering the facility must purchase a 1-day pool pass or own a season pass.

Want to book this picnic area? We recommend submitting a rental inquiry first to receive availability details and suitability feedback within 4 business days before formally applying.

While the inquiry will NOT reserve the space, it allows us to provide helpful preliminary guidance to inform your decision on whether to proceed with a full permit application.

**Please note - the Hamilton Community Pool will be closed on Wednesday, June 19 2024 & Thursday, July 4, 2024.

HAMILTON POOL BACKGROUND

The renovated facility was transformed in 2010 from its weathered 1930s era condition, to a state-of-the-art pool that's perfect for swim instruction, deep water exercise, and recreational use. The Hamilton Pool site is also home to an exciting water play structure with a slide and lots of water spray, great for even our youngest residents on those hot summer days.
